Singing is something that everyone can do. It helps us express ourselves. We learn about composers and music from a wide range of countries and time periods. We learn about breathing and vocal production. Singing in choirs creates a cultural community that gives us belonging and joy. Everyone should sing in a choir — at school, church, temple, or a community choir. There is a place for everyone and we want you to Come and Sing!

Our Come and Sing events are open to singers from 9th grade through adults and will be held at Lakeside Presbyterian Church, 2690 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, KY. To register for any of these events, please fill out the form on NKCC’s website: nkychorus.org

Registration is not yet available, however, the first one will be on October 5th (Isaac Selya, conductor) and we will sing the plague choruses from Handel’s oratorio, Israel in Egypt.
